Meet Our Founder
Wilfred “Willie” and Rose Rafanan have faithfully pastored for more than 30 years. Together they have traveled to Kenya on missions, helping build schools and support orphanages, and they partner with Vision School Sacramento to advance the gospel among the 10-40 nations. Rain or shine, they have consistently gathered for Bible study every Tuesday. Deeply in love with God, they serve alongside their daughter and son, who support the mission wherever they go.

Acknowledgment
Above all, we offer our deepest gratitude to our Lord Jesus Christ for blessing us with the gift of eternal life, the very foundation of our existence and ministry today.
We are also profoundly grateful to our mentors and pastors—Pastor Robert Natividad, as well as Pastors Natalie and Jeff Andrews of International Full Gospel Church—who have faithfully equipped, trained, and guided us for over twenty years. They instilled in us the truth that while giving without love is possible, true love always leads to giving. Their dedication has deeply shaped our mission and purpose.
Additionally, we extend our heartfelt thanks to Pastor Robert Mullen of Walk on Water Faith Ministries for his unwavering guidance, prayers, and love.
Our children, Micah and Rinnah Rafanan, deserve special recognition for their love, support, and understanding as we navigate our journey in ministry. We are also deeply appreciative of the Rafanan and Aquino families, whose steadfast love, support, and prayers have been a constant
source of strength.
Lastly, we are sincerely thankful to the saints of the Tuesday Night Bible Fellowship for their unwavering faithfulness and partnership in the gospel.
